ZPU10 is a converter of AC and DC voltage into a stabilized DC voltage and is designed to supply DC power consumers and charge batteries.

Power supply modules have two main versions:
- with forced air cooling
- with natural (fanless) cooling
Controller
Controller controls the operation of the ZPU10 modules and performs the following functions:
- uniform distribution of output power of modules connected in parallel
- setting operation modes of rectifier
There is an indicator panel for configuring and displaying the rectifier settings and operation on the front panel.
On the back side there are connectors for the power supply and the RS-485 communication interface, the CAN bus, as well as the output of galvanically isolated alarm relay contacts.
ZPU10P power module
ZPU10 power module has a linear LED indicator with a scale of LEDs to indicate the level of output current from zero to the rated value.
There are also three LED indicators for alarm:
- “POWER SUPPLY” for indicating the presence of voltage at inputs
- “OPERATION” for indicating the enabled state
- “OVERLOAD” for indicating an emergency shutdown
Cassette for ZPU10P
Cassette serves for installation, fastening and connection in parallel of one to seven ZPU10 power modules depending on the cabinet version.
It provides parallel connection of power and signal lines of the modules, optional connection of the total load of modules and separate supply of input AC voltage to each module.
ZPU10 cassette has a connector for connecting signal lines of the modules with a controller via the CAN bus.
ZPU10E power module
Naturally cooled rectifiers are fanless and are ideal for use in extreme industrial environments. The likelihood of internal contamination significantly reduces and thus reliable operation of the equipment is ensured. Costs for operation, maintenance and regular replacement of fans are reduced. Rectifiers are also highly energy efficient due to low power loss.
Placement
ZPU10 rectifiers can be supplied both as part of a cabinet, and as a separate device for embedding in consumer cabinets.
